We are currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist who will support the Hollis and Poland Maine Factories. This position will require the successful candidate to provide direction to the bench development process for all team members, including performance management, career development, and workforce planning.
The successful candidate will also assist the Maine HR Managers in developing and executing our people plan, which includes examples such as employee feedback programs, leadership assessments, and leadership development meetings.
Key qualifications include:
- Ability to travel to Hollis or Poland Maine rotating locations each week
- 3 years' experience in human resources experience in a dynamic HR department
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong communication abilities at multiple levels of the organization
- Demonstrated organization skills leading to the ability to optimal manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
