Factory Location : Charlotte, NC
Compensation : $33.00 / Hour
Shift Differential : 6%-8% of base hourly rate for eligible hours worked
Schedule : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM; Monday - Friday
Please note : Attendance for training on day shift is required for approximately three weeks.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support to operators by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment.
- Learn and familiarize yourself with all standard operating procedures for mechanical and operator positions.
- Understand and operate all equipment, including their normal operating parameters and set points.
- Train at each machine center and assist team members as necessary.
- Execute work orders, including special projects, rebuilds, and installations when requested.
- Work diligently to repair and start up the line as efficiently as possible.
- Develop a foundational knowledge of basic maintenance principles and intermediate electrical troubleshooting.
- Conduct preventive maintenance during scheduled stoppages, with a focus on project work, tag closure, standard procedure creation, and work order execution.
- Collaborate with vendors as needed for equipment startup, improvements, and modifications.
- Provide training to operators on equipment standards and technical training as required.
- Analyze equipment losses and create strategies to reduce downtime based on the highest loss machine per production line.
