Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team as a Technical Resource. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining the plant's technical operations, including production line maintenance, processing equipment maintenance, and utility equipment maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial technology and at least five years of experience in industrial maintenance, with two or more years in a leadership capacity. Prior experience in a beverage, food, or other clean manufacturing environment is preferred.
You will be responsible for leading the preventative maintenance process, defining processes, driving improvements, and achieving KPI targets. You will also coach, mentor, and develop front-line employees to meet current and future business requirements.
In this role, you will partner with internal customers and suppliers, colleagues, and support services to ensure achievement of targets. You will understand and adhere to internal and external regulations, procedures, and policies, and maintain cleanliness to GMP standards and ensure all safety standards are met.
The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications and business management software (SAP preferred). They will also have knowledge of production processes, technical troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
