Compensation : $32.16 / hour
Shift Differential : 6%-8% of base hourly rate for eligible hours worked
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 12 am - 12 pm
Availability to work holidays and weekends as needed.

This role focuses on the safe and reliable transportation of company products to designated distribution points. All routes are local allowing you to return home daily!
Key Responsibilities :
- Support team decision-making and assist colleagues whenever possible.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Effectively communicate with dispatchers and plant staff.
- Fill out all DOT-required documents and reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
- Follow company processes for water quality testing.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Keep the vehicle clean and maintained.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, inventory, and other necessary records.
- Safely operate a forklift for loading and unloading trailers.
- Display professionalism and a courteous demeanor at all times.
- Secure product loads to protect company assets during transport.
- Understand and respect load and weight requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Transportation Manager.
