Key Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, and retain company driver capacity to meet spring haul needs.
- Develop and build relationships with Hollis factory leadership team.
- Lead develop and participate in QA/Safety training for drivers.
- Work with Production, planning and Spring teams to ensure all requirements are met.
- Ability to determine cost saving opportunities within scope.
- Ensure safe work environment for company drivers, outside vendors, and 3rd party carriers.
- Minimize fleet costs associated with tanker business.
- Ensure smooth operations by effective communication and close collaboration with all internal partners at the factory, external partners, and Transport providers
- Train, direct, and coach company drivers to ensure maximum opportunity for individual contribution and team coordination.
