Location : Hollis, ME
Salary Range : $65,375.00 - $76,130.00 / year
Annual Bonus : Eligible for a 10% annual bonus

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am, Full-Time, Night Shift. Must be available to work holidays and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the warehouse operations and supervise staff in a 24 / 7 environment.
- Ensure warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved or surpassed.
- Review daily achievements against targets and discuss variances in team meetings.
- Drive inventory accuracy and effective inventory management.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to meet evolving business requirements.
- Facilitate seamless communication across departments and with vendors.
- Understand and apply internal and external regulations, procedures, and policies consistently.
- Maintain contingency plans for unexpected operations disruptions.
- Utilize Continuous Excellence processes to drive departmental results.
- Ensure compliance with GMPs and internal standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
