Employees are eligible for benefit election on day 1 of employmentSkills Required : Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgencyAdhere to all required safety requirements, company policies, and proceduresMove trailers in and out of the dock in a timely mannerInspect trailers and loads in the yard and on the dock as neededEnsure accurate and timely loading and unloading of tractor-trailers per pick ticket requirementsTroubleshoot equipment problems, follow preventative maintenance procedures, and make basic repairs and document adjustmentsPrepare and continuously document all reporting requirements accurately and a timely mannerInteract with warehouse team members, production, and quality control to maximize output efficiency, quality, and safetyWork with peers and teammates to achieve departmental and plant goalsFollow plant standards to execute the recycling program which includes the operation of a grinder and balerOperate a forklift to perform shipping / receiving activities in a fast-paced environmentUtilize various desktop systems to prioritize and organize workloadWork independently and as a team to accomplish daily tasksDock coordination and loading / shipping duties as neededQualificationsREQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experienceValid Class A Commercial Driver's License (for applicable CDL positions)1 or more years of experience driving a yard truck is preferredAbility to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodationExperience with warehouse inventory scanners and basic maintenance equipment is preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP experience is a plusPrior forklift or heavy equipment experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredAbility to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as neededYou must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for BlueTriton Brands (for applicable CDL positions)You must possess a clean driving record, which means : in the last 3 years that you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspensions, revocations, or cancellations, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3 years, no major driving offenses including DUI / DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accidentMust be 21 years of age or older (for applicable CDL positions)Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC ION®.
