Compensation Package
$27.49 per hour, with increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review. A shift differential of 6-8% of base hourly rate is also provided for applicable hours worked. Job Responsibilities
As a Production Technician at BlueTriton, your key responsibilities will include operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment, adhering to safe work practices, and participating in quality control initiatives. You will be required to communicate effectively with team members from various departments to optimize output and efficiency. Attending meetings, training sessions, and cross-training in other areas to support operations during downtimes are also essential aspects of this role. Your workstation should be maintained in an organized and clean manner, ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory. Prior experience in clean manufacturing is preferred, along with exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance. Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, strong communication abilities, and computer proficiency are also highly valued. Forklift experience is a plus, but we can provide training to new associates. The ability to lift and move 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in adverse environmental conditions is necessary for this position.
