The Bluetriton team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manufacturing Supervisor to join our ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials, and systems) to achieve performance targets set by Production Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high-quality products, services, housekeeping, and hygiene standards in the area.
- Review daily target achievement and report variances during on-the-floor meetings.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements.
- Prioritize, schedule, and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed to maximize efficiency.
- Develop and implement action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members, and Production Management.
- Understand internal and external regulations, procedures, and policies and apply them fairly and consistently.
Requirements:
- Two to five years of experience in a supervisory capacity with line ownership required.
- Four-year degree preferred but not required.
- Understanding of processes and mechanics of line equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- PC skills including MS Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with quality and hygiene regulations - Cost awareness of operations.
- Ability to multi-task and delegate.
- Effective communication skills.
