ABOUT THE ROLE :
Bluevine acquires new clients through direct marketing activities and through partnerships. In this role, you will lead our relationships with affiliate partners, including comparison sites, broker platforms, and communities, with the goal of maximizing customer acquisition now and in the future through these types of partners. Reporting the GM of Checking & Payments, you will drive acquisition for Bluevine overall, as these affiliate partners often do (or could) generate and channel interest in multiple Bluevine products.
You will engage directly and deeply with large affiliates, acting as their main Bluevine contact, and simultaneously expand our reach through smaller ones that will require more scaled and systematic management.
Fundamentally, you will own the outcomes of this acquisition channel and are excited about carrying that mandate. Success in the role would be a natural foundation for expanded scope and long-term professional growth at Bluevine.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners through which Bluevine acquires new clients, including comparison sites, broker platforms, and communities
- Source new affiliates partnerships to increase our pace of customer acquisition
- Negotiate and renegotiate referral agreements with partners, optimizing for acquisition volume and cost efficiency
- Influence how Bluevine is represented by partners by building and communicating expert knowledge of our unique value propositions for customers
- Diligently track performance of individual partners and your channel overall, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize our conversion of partner leads and the overall value we get from affiliates
WHAT WE LOOK FOR :
New Hire Base Salary Range : $119,800 - $146,700.
This role is also eligible to earn annual performance-based incentive compensation in the form of a cash bonus.
