**Job Overview**
We are seeking skilled Technicians and a Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for various tasks including:
- Welding and painting steel door frames
- Fabricating steel borrowed lites and window walls
- Preparing steel doors for hardware and/or lites
- Modifying wood doors
- Building custom millwork/barn doors
Additional responsibilities include installing and servicing commercial doors and hardware, installing steel or wood frames, electronic access control systems, automatic handicap operators, and architectural accessories.
**Requirements**
- Lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Pass a drug screen
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines
- Travel out of town and stay in a hotel
- Understand plumb, level, and square
- Read a tape measure and use common measurement tools
- Utilize basic math skills
