Job Summary: As a Culinary Specialist at BLUEWATER CASINO & RESORT, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in the dining areas of the enterprise. The position requires excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, two to three years of experience in heavy food production, and possession of a valid gaming license from the CRIT Tribal Gaming Agency.
The ideal candidate will have excellent guest service skills, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
This is a full-time position that requires working indoors with occasional outdoor exposure to extreme temperatures. The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet to moderate, but may become excessively noisy at times.
