Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items using standardized recipes and methods.
- Clean and sanitize your work area to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records of food costs and minimize waste to improve financial performance.
- Sample prepared food to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain correct PAR levels and delegate food preparation tasks to other team members when necessary.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of related experience in heavy food production preferred.
- C.R.I.T Community Environmental Health Food Handlers Card and other compliance trainings required.
- Valid gaming license from the CRIT Tribal Gaming Agency required prior to starting work.
