Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the power plant, including supervising maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Implement and enforce Lockout-Tag Out (LOTO) safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in power plant operations, preferably in coal-fired power plants
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to perform operating rounds and identify potential hazards
• Must be authorized to work in the US
