What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at BlueWater Federal Solutions Inc.?
BlueWater Federal is looking for a Program Manager to support the U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
This program will provide on-site support for the daily operations and maintenance of the DOT web platform on the Office of the Secretary of Transportation's Drupal Content Management System (CMS). Tasks also include the integration and development of new content and/or websites within the CMS and migration to Drupal 8 and/or possible adoption of a new CMS.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management, planning, execution, and completion of a program or project.
- Responsible for setting objectives, allocating resources, managing stakeholders, managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations, and ensuring that the program meets its goals within the specified timeframe and budget.
- Manage and maintain contractor interface with the senior levels of the customer's organization.
- Consult with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules and costs and contractual obligations.
- Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers and organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 8 years of PM experience
- PMP certification is desired
- Must have an active Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship required.
