Position Title : Warehouse Technician
Team : Live Events
Manager : Operations Warehouse Manager
Office Location : Wixom, MI

Responsibilities :
- Pull gear and cable per pull sheets
- Put away gear and cable returning from show
- Assist loading and unloading trucks with show gear
- Assist with in-house set up as requested
- Assist on show sites upon request
- Become familiar with R2 Rental Equipment software (training provided)
- Hi-Lo / Forklift operation (training provided)
- Basic training on the Q360 Software platform for Accounting, Sales, and Project Management processes (Times, back up for receiving Integration gear)
- Receive small parcel shipments via FedEx for Accounting, Personal, IT and RMAs from QC dept
- Assist Integration team with shipments via FedEx as requested (Managed Service requests or RMAs)
- Make small deliveries to show site or sub rent returns if lead driver is not available
- Perform additional duties as assigned
