Guest Relations Associate

Bluewater is a premier Vacation Rental company on the Crystal Coast seeking energetic and motivated candidates to join our team in an office position. Must be flexible in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask while providing a top level of service to guests, homeowners, and team members. This position is in Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle.

RESPONSABILITIES:

· Answer incoming calls, assess needs, and assist callers. Provide warm transfers to appropriate departments when necessary.

· Listen empathetically and document interactions, offer excellent guest services, set expectations, direct issues to the appropriate departments, and provide follow up.

· Prepare for guest check ins, organizing key packets, etc.

· Enter workorders and guest relations support tickets for guest concerns. Monitor and provide follow-up as needed for any open issues. Keep an open line of communication with guests until their concerns are resolved.

· Position is not limited to this job description and may change at any time. Must be willing to learn and grow within the position and company.

Maintain a neat and organized office/lobby.

Assist with reservation payments and making new reservations for walk-ins.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must work weekends

· Be punctual and reliable

· Valid driver's License and vehicle

Appropriate office attire

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
