Job description
- Responsibilities of this position: Processing income checks and packages for assumptions and subordinations.
- Mailing out packages for Assumptions and Subordinations.
- Assisting in a phone queue to help answer questions from customers associated with assumptions and subordinations.
- They will be expected to complete checks the same day, scan all packages the same day, and stay within SLA.
- There are currently 30 employees in this department, and candidates will interact with customers, internal/external clients, phone, and email. Internal face-to-face with peers and on-site management.
Required skills:
- Great customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a high-pressure environment, ability to multi-task, great teamwork.
- Ability to be in office full time, ability to work 8-5 CST
- MSP or DOCV/MIR would be great!
Salary : $22 - $24
