BlueWave is hiring a Technical Program Manager for a leading identity and access management client based in California. As Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for leading and driving security and compliance initiatives within a SaaS and agile environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage security programs, improve operational processes, and ensure secure development practices while aligning with business and technology goals.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee security initiatives by developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage security and compliance projects, setting priorities and maintaining transparency on execution.
- Facilitate clear communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to report on project status.
- Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing security vulnerabilities and operational challenges.
- Promote agile best practices, enhance team collaboration, and drive continuous process improvements.
