SUMMARY / ABOUT THE JOB
Anduril Industries is seeking a highly skilled and motivated FPGA Design and Verification Lead to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design and verification of projects on the Xilinx SOC / FPGA platforms, leading a team of engineers, and establishing robust design processes.
- Lead FPGA design projects from requirements gathering through to verification and final deployment.
- Manage and / or mentor a team of FPGA designers and verification engineers.
- Establish a clear process for moving projects from early prototypes to finished products, meeting military aerospace standards.
- Develop and implement best practices and methodologies for FPGA design and verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee the creation of design specifications and documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Setup and maintain an agile development environment, meeting both quick prototype and design assurance needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in design and verification processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
