As Vice President of Quality, you will lead our quality initiatives across all aspects of the organization. This critical role is essential in our mission for excellence, continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop, articulate and implement Anduril's Quality strategy. Formulate a long-term vision aligned with company's mission and business objectives.
- Help influence corporate strategy, ensuring quality considerations are integrated into business considerations.
- Leverage the latest technologies and methodologies to champion initiatives that continuously improve our quality processes.
- Establish global quality policies, procedures and standards to drive consistency and excellence across all departments and products.
- Oversee resource planning and budgeting for the Quality department.
- Collaborate with other leadership across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and field operations to integrate quality processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, operators, and regulatory bodies, to align requirements and expectations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards.
- Establish Quality objectives and key performance indicators to drive organizational and product excellence.
- Oversee Quality activities and teams across design, supply chain, manufacturing, field operations, compliance, metrology, and data systems.
- Represent Anduril Quality in industry forums, conferences, and with regulatory agencies.
- Maintain an independent, objective organization, while still partnering as a stakeholder in areas of cost and schedule.
- Utilize advanced analytics to monitor quality performance, identify trends, and inform corporate strategic decisions.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
