Babysitter/Nanny

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in private family homes. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience with infants and toddlers, as well as a passion for educating and engaging children through play and structured activities. This role requires a responsible individual who can create a safe, clean, and stimulating atmosphere while supporting the family's daily routines.

Duties

• Provide attentive and loving care for children, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, feeding, and diaper changes for infants.
• Maintain a clean and organized play area, ensuring toys and equipment are safe and sanitized.
• Support preschool-aged children with age-appropriate learning activities and playtime.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Be adaptable to the needs of working parents, including flexibility in scheduling when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in babysitting or caregiving roles, particularly with infants and toddlers.
• Knowledge of child development principles and ability to educate through play.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain is required.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the children's environment.
• A patient, nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with children of all ages.
