This position seeks applicants that genuinely care for people and the well being of pets. A Kennel Assistant must be reliable, be able to work independently and have effective communication with clients and co-workers. Training will be provided so that the applicant can succeed and grow in our fast-paced environment.
MUST be able to independently lift objects and pets of at least 30lbs
Understating of computers and the ability to type.
BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION (includes but is not limited to):
Animal holding and restraint.
Janitorial Tasks (sweeping, mopping, cleaning, laundry, restocking, etc.).
Food preparation for pets.

The Kennel Attendant provides care, feeding and exercising of dogs. He/she pays close attention to pets' status such as signs of stress or changes in eating or elimination habits, promptly notifying us when a pet needs medical attention.
The Kennel Attendant checks boarders out interacting with customers regularly. Providing proper record documentation and accurate completion of boarding forms. A Kennel Attendant must pay close attention to details, understand and follow proper feeding and sanitation procedures and monitor dogs of all sizes.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
