Professional Background
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business management or engineering).
- 2-4 years of coordination and administrative experience.
- Experience with detailed documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Strong business centric mindset with ability to drive optimal outcomes.
- Proven ability to facilitate training sessions with the aptitude to foster and maintain teamwork.
- Expertise in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Experience in implementing processes and standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with a fast paced, cross-functional environment.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Requirements
- Has enthusiasm for project management and is a point of contact for project management related functions.
- Works with all departments to establish internal project management procedures and policies.
- Proactive mindset and excellent customer service skills.
- Monitors performance, creates documentation, gathers feedback, and addresses questions.
- Follows up with employees to ensure initiatives are on track, reports any unforeseen issues.
- Assists in training, mentorship, and development of project management responsibilities and culture.
- Demonstrates ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions.
- Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to motivate team members to achieve goals.
- Provides support and performs administrative office functions as directed.

Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
