We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automated Assembly Material Handler to join our growing team at Blum USA on the 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity to link your career with an established international company.
Job Responsibilities
As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for material replenishment for all insertion workstations and preparation of material for the next order.
Additional responsibilities for this position include :
- Complete visual checks of material introduced into the assembly process
- Move in-process and completed assembled products to staging area using forklift
- Inspect, package and palletize finished product prior to it’s transfer to the warehouse
- Box making
- Cardboard and trash removal
- Blum box strapping and handling
- Comply with all required safe practices (i.e. hearing protection, lifting & Kevlar gloves)
Job Requirements
To be successful in this type of position, we need team players who bring a positive attitude to the work place and enjoy being around and working with others. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably working with Automated Assembly machines in an industrial manufacturing environment.
