We are seeking experienced, motivated and hard-working Material Handler to join our growing team of 3rd shift Logistics associates at Blum USA. This is a great opportunity to connect with an established international company.
Job Responsibilities
As a Logistics Material Handler, you will be responsible for all work assignments within the Logistics Department. These include dock handler, pick station operator, material handler, over wrap operator, order checker, conditioning chamber, consolidation & small quantity warehouse.
Additional responsibilities for this Operator position include :
- Interpret a variety of data presented in hardcopy & / or on a computer display
- Loads / unloads pallets from / to trailers using forklift
- Breaks down material received on pallets for processing & redistribution
- Picks orders using a computer & stages those orders for shipment
- Wraps & labels pallets
- Inspects staged orders for accuracy
- Recycles cardboard & plastic
- Maintains housekeeping standards
- Processes orders through the Conditioning chamber
- Processes material through the small quantity warehouse
- Transports material from warehouse to production & from production back to the warehouse using a forklift
Job Requirements
To be successful in this type of position, we need team players who bring a positive attitude to the work place and enjoy being around and working with others. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of experience in an automated warehouse environment.
