Floral Manager Wanted at Blumen Gardens
Are you a creative, motivated individual with a passion for floral design and customer service? Blumen Gardens is looking for an experienced Floral Manager to join our team and take our floral department to the next level!
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Floral Design: Create beautiful arrangements for a variety of occasions, including funerals, weddings, special events, and everyday celebrations.
- Sales & Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their floral needs, provide exceptional service, and help grow sales in the floral department.
- Department Development: Develop and expand the floral department by creating new products, services, and offerings to meet customer demand.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and stocking of flowers and supplies, ensuring quality and freshness while managing costs.
- Seasonal Planters: Assist with the design and creation of seasonal outdoor containers for spring, summer, fall, and winter.
- Garden Integration: Utilize blooms and greenery grown and cut from our grounds to incorporate local and sustainable elements into designs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate floral offerings into retail events, weddings, and special occasions at Blumen Gardens.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in floral design and knowledge of floral care.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to develop and grow a department, including creating new revenue opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for design.
- Knowledge of or interest in gardening and plant care is a plus.
