Supports/ executes benefits administration, including the annual benefits open enrollment process, claims resolution, distribution of annual employees notices as required, and benefits reporting requirements.

Supports hiring managers with recruitment strategies and coordinates the screening, interviewing, and on-boarding processes to hire qualified individuals.

Assists management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.

Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Counsels employees and managers concerning work-related problems, conducts exit interviews, provides feedback to management.

Conducts new-employee orientations and administers pre-employment tests & reference checks

Performs data entry of all employee lifecycle transactions (new hire, promotions, transfers, and terminations, etc.).

Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.

Performs internal audits of HR forms as directed.
-
Demonstrates and encourages a cooperative and congenial working relationship between others, within and outside the company.

Conducts research, analyzes data, and completes special projects and additional duties as assigned.

As needed, manages the coordination of employee events at the Corporate location, including employee meetings, lunches, activities, etc.
