Position Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Civil Project Manager to lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The Senior Civil Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of civil engineering projects, including roadways, drainage systems, utilities, site development, and infrastructure improvements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of all project phases.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to define project scope and requirements.
- Prepare and review project proposals, cost estimates, and detailed schedules.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and permits.
- Foster a strong culture of safety and ensure all projects adhere to company and industry safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and provide direction to project teams, including engineers, designers, and field staff.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and external consultants.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for any project-related concerns or questions.

Qualifications
Position Requirements
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and fostering a culture where safety and well-being are the top priorities for all employees.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale civil projects, including budget control, schedule management, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
