About the Role
This is a key leadership position at BluSky, where you will oversee restoration projects from start to finish. As the Construction Project Director, your primary responsibility will be to estimate and manage these projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining strong client relationships.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop cost estimates for restoration services, negotiate contracts, and oversee revenue production. Your role will involve significant sales activities, including converting opportunities into sales and tracking progress using CRM systems.
- Sales: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals by negotiating and executing contracts, selling all services offered, and tracking sales opportunities in our CRM and tracking sheets.
- Revenue: Oversee and expedite revenue production in accordance with monthly goals, working with project teams to ensure timely deposit, progress, and final billings.
