Job Description
As a Construction Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our restoration projects. You will be responsible for managing projects from estimation to completion, ensuring budgets and schedules are met.
You will work closely with owners and managers of commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties damaged by disasters to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
Responsibilities
- Sales: Sell all services offered by BluSky, meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Revenue: Oversee and expedite revenue production, work with project teams to ensure timeliness of deposit, progress, and final billings.
- Profit Margins: Develop and take ownership of project budgets, ensure accuracy, and modify as conditions warrant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction, sales, or project management.
- 5 years of experience in sales, construction estimating, and project management.
- Strong business ethics, integrity, and ability to perform in autonomous environments.
