Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the construction or restoration industry, with a proven track record of sales growth. They will be responsible for estimating, managing, and closing sales on restoration projects for various types of properties.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals, negotiate and execute contracts, sell all services offered by BluSky, convert opportunities into sales.
- Revenue: Oversee and expedite revenue production, work with project teams to ensure timeliness of deposit, progress, and final billings.
- Profit Margins: Develop and take ownership of project budgets, ensure accuracy and modify as necessary, improve profitability through vendor management.
- AR & Collections: Intentional conversations with clients, review program terms and conditions, perform weekly collection calls, monitor lien rights.
Key Qualifications:
- Recent marketing and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry.
- Extensive estimating and large loss experience.
- Strong communication skills, business ethics, and ability to work in autonomous environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to the role.
