BRIEF DESCRIPTION :
The Contents Technician is an integral part of the BluSky Team skilled in the completion of complex contents cleaning tasks. Responsible for duties that relate to the cleaning of both residential and commercial contents.
Hourly Pay range is $15 - $25 / hr., based on location and experience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Field Duties
- Proficient in all restoration facets including :
o Pack outs
o On location cleaning
o Content processing / deodorization
o Cleaning of upholstery and carpets
o Content storage / handling
o Water mitigation
o Microbial remediation
o Structural board-up and security
o Proper handling of cleaning chemicals
General Responsibilities
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY :
This role has no direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION :
High School Graduate or equivalent
TRAVEL :
Minimal travel. (Less than 10% of time.) Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
