About the Role:
The Vice President will lead our branch office operations, driving sales, business development, customer relationships, project management, and administration. This role requires a strong leader who can leverage the BluSky brand to build relationships with industry professionals and drive new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Overall Branch Office Operations
- Meet or exceed overall office sales, revenue, and EBITDA goals
- Manage expenses to established targets
- Drive profitability to meet or exceed established office goals
- Hold team accountable to job-specific minimum target margins
- System utilization and data integrity
Key Areas of Focus:
- Branch Office Sales and Revenue Growth Strategies
- End-user client base, including property management, ownership, asset management, portfolio management, facility and maintenance management, etc.
- Diamond Influencer relationships, including brokers, insurance adjusters, independent adjusters, consultants, hygienists, architects, engineers, etc.
- Managed insurance repair programs
Leadership and Human Resources:
- Develop and retain high-performing teams through coaching, training, and mentoring
- Implement new hire orientation and performance management planning
- Oversight of time-keeping and payroll management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and BluSky Safety Program
Operational Excellence:
- Aquire, maintain, and protect company assets
- Ensure proper project management practices are followed
- Manage weekly production and WIP reports
- Manage overall office budget and expenses
- Ensure usage and compliance with management software and systems
- Federal, State, and local employment laws
Requirements:
- 5 years insurance restoration experience preferred
- 3 years management experience preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, internal, and external contacts
- Ability to travel as needed for project management and leadership roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience required
