About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Director to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project management and sales strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include estimating, closing sales, and managing restoration projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain open communication with clients throughout the process.
Requirements:
- 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth.
- Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience.
- Must be able to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week.
