Job Summary
A Restoration Technician at BluSky is a first responder on property loss situations. They help mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures by performing tasks such as water extraction and mitigation, fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, microbial remediation, and content pack-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Water extraction and mitigation
- Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
- Microbial remediation
- Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
- Demolition
- Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
- Providing the highest level of customer service with empathy
Requirements:
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day
- 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred
Benefits:
- Competitive base pay between $15 - $25 per hour
