Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating, closing sales, and managing restoration projects.
- They will work closely with owners and managers of commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
This role involves working as the quarterback of the project, ensuring that budgets and projects are on track through completion. Other key responsibilities include managing near-term opportunities, tracking and measuring sales and sales opportunities, and providing oversight and direction to the project manager in production of revenue.
