Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to join BluSky as a Construction Project Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing restoration projects and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Skills:
- Estimating: Accurate sketching of affected areas and use of Matterport technology, time and material (T&M) / Xactimate knowledge.
- Sales Management: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals, negotiate and execute contracts on behalf of the company.
- Customer Satisfaction: Consistent weekly communication with all stakeholders, set expectations upfront with the customer, hold teams accountable to provide updates.
Requirements:
- 5 years of Recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth.
- Extensive Construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience.
- Must be able to attend Business Development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week.
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
