What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restoration Industry Leader position at BluSky?
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Industry Leader to join our team at BluSky. As a Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for estimating, closing the sale of, and managing restoration projects. You will work closely with owners and managers of commercial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and residential properties damaged by man-made or natural disasters to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services.
Key qualifications include 5 years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry with a proven track record of sales growth. Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software is preferred, as well as intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. The successful candidate will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration.
