BluSky Restoration is seeking a Restoration Supervisor. This role offers a competitive base pay of $25 - $36 per hour, based on experience and comprehensive benefits. The Restoration Supervisor is a first responder in emergency fire and water property loss situations, responsible for the efficiency and progress of most day-to-day field operations. Key responsibilities include performing advanced techniques for water, fire, and mold mitigation, responding to emergency and non-emergency services jobs, completing timely and accurate paperwork, field supervision, and mentorship of restoration technicians and labor. Other responsibilities include working with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work, ensuring crews have the equipment and material needed to perform work, and verifying completion of inspections of work progress. Additional qualifications include 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold), previous supervisory experience, and basic computer skills.
