Job Responsibilities
The Construction Project Director will be responsible for selling all services that BluSky offers, meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly sales goals, and negotiating and executing contracts on behalf of the company. They will also oversee completed work authorizations, work with the Project Accountant to send out invoices, and update the Business Development Manager on all changes to the project.
Key duties include mitigating risks, reconstructing properties, and working closely with internal teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
