About the Role
The Vice President of BluSky's branch office will oversee all aspects of the operation, including sales, business development, customer relationships, project management, and administration. This executive will be responsible for managing the overall P&L at the office level, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets, and driving profitability.
Salary Information: The annual salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $175,000, with a commission OTE range of $60,000 to $250,000. In addition to the base salary, a vehicle allowance is provided.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience required.
- 5 years insurance restoration experience preferred.
- 3 years management experience preferred.
- Strong business development experience with a proven track record of success.
