Responsibilities:
Estimating Proficiency: Accurate sketching of affected areas using Matterport technology, time and material (T&M) / Xactimate knowledge, ability to estimate a project to fit all target margins per service provided.
Customer Satisfaction: Consistent weekly communication with stakeholders, setting expectations upfront, holding teams accountable to provide updates, checking in throughout the project, and email communication with all stakeholders on thread.
Working with Internal Teams: Coordinate to get work authorization signed, walking jobs with technicians to define scope of work, sharing client feedback/changes in scope, reviewing daily T&M sheets, working directly with mitigation operations teams, site visits at completion to confirm all work completed per client expectations.
