**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to emergency calls and assess damage to properties
- Develop and implement plans to restore properties to their original state
- Clean and repair structures, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct microbial remediation and content pack-outs
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
