**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Water Damage Restoration Expert to join our team at BluSky. As a Water Damage Restoration Expert, you will be responsible for restoring properties to their pre-loss condition after water damage occurs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to adapt to changing situations.
Salary: $15-$25 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Restore properties to their pre-loss condition after water damage occurs
- Conduct water extraction and mitigation, fire and smoke cleaning and restoration, microbial remediation, and content pack-outs
- Provide exceptional customer service and empathy during times of crisis
- Work effectively with temporary labor personnel and ensure seamless field management and supervision
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day
- 1 year of restoration industry or maintenance experience preferred
