What you'll do:
- Draft estate planning documents
- Manage client relationships
- Meet with clients and provide legal counsel
- Assist in the management of the firm’s client maintenance program
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- 0-3 years of legal experience
- Highly detail-oriented and committed to excellence
- Demonstrated interest in Estate Planning / Elder Law preferred (e.g., as shown by prior experience or law school courses/clinical work in Estate Planning & Elder Law)
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents
