As a team member in accounting department, you will play an integral role in accurately preparing accounting records and performance. You will be responsible for a variety of general accounting functions as well as providing accounting support for senior staff if needed.

Accounting Department General functions and Responsibility

• Invoicing, A/R Reconciliation, Bank reconciliation
• Document and Transaction recording through Quick Book SW / General Leger reconciliation
• Book closing and Prepare financial Statements
• Assist income and Sales tax return
• Provide support data for comparison or analysis on balance sheet and income statement
• Residual Calculation, Profitability analysis and Sales Performance reporting
• Assist Financial Budgeting / forecasting
• Support Management Reporting
• Assist with the Independent external Audit

(prepare Audited financials and Disclosure requirements)

• Handle Ad-Hoc projects

Qualifications

• Job Type: Entry-level
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting related
• 1-3 year of experience preferred
• Highly organized, detail oriented person, ability to multi-task work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a team
• Familiar with Excel essential functions (PIVOT, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP etc.)
• Bilingual in Korean and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,664.01 - $55,000.00 per year
