Job Description

Brand Director / Brand Manager remote based job opening, $100MM-$300MM Revenue Brand Builder (B2B2C), DTC / B2C Digital Marketing eCommerce, Expertise, Remote (USA Citizen), Eastern Time Core Hours. Reporting to the CMO, we are seeking an exceptional Brand Director with proven expertise in building and scaling consumer brands to $200MM-$500MM in revenue.

About the Role :

This opportunity is with one of our long-standing, hyper-successful clients. They are a leader in their industry, and this role offers the chance to drive transformative growth for their consumer-focused, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand in online training course and sporting CPGs, eTail and retail now channels.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

We are only considering candidates who meet the following minimum criteria :

• Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in scaling at least one consumer / DTC / B2C brand from within circa $80MM - $300MM in revenue (or beyond).
• Leadership Tenure : Held a Brand Director role or similar position for at least 3 -5 years in a single organization ideally more than once.
• DTC Marketing Expertise : A significant portion of the company's growth under your leadership must have been driven by direct response advertising and marketing , paired with strong brand-building capabilities including major retailer B2B2C sales channels such as Costco, Walmart, Sporting Goods stores...
• Brand Management Tactics Knowledge : Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing brand management strategies, including positioning, messaging, and market segmentation, to enhance brand equity and customer engagement.
