How You ll Make an Impact:
- Develop and enhance AI/ML platforms to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Design and implement AI/ML infrastructure, orchestration frameworks, and vector databases.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions.
- Ensure security, encryption, and access control compliance for AI/ML data.
- Integrate AI/ML platforms with enterprise products and systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to align with AI/ML strategy.
- Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor s in Computer Science or related field (Master s/PhD is a plus).
- 5 years in ML engineering, software development, and large-scale system design.
- Proficiency in Java and Python; experience with Ray, Spark, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Hands-on expertise in AI orchestration, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services, CI/CD automation, and big data platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead teams in an agile environment.
- Experience in payment organizations is a plus.
