Design user-centric #workflows and create #wireframes, #prototypes, and high-fidelity #UImockups using Adobe XD and Figma.
Ensure visual consistency with the existing #UIdesign system.
Conduct usability #testing and user research.
Design touch-based UIs for #mobile/ #tablets and #XAML-based UIs for desktop software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively.
#Qualifications:
7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in #AdobeXD, #Figma, #HTML, #CSS, #JavaScript (#Angular preferred).
Experience designing complex software interfaces and conducting user research/testing.
Bachelor's or Master's in a related field.
Knowledge of #Agile methodologies and tools like #JIRA or #DevOps.
Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
